TL;DR

OutSystems Developer (OutSystems): Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using OutSystems OS11 and ODC with an accent on scalable code and B2B2C ecosystem integration. Focus on optimizing existing systems, reducing technical debt, and leading development projects to enhance business performance.

Location: Hybrid: 60% remote, 40% in the Milton Keynes office

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and participate in technical code reviews.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Drive innovation by optimizing existing platforms and managing the decommissioning of technical debt.
  • Ensure all developed solutions meet compliance and strategic business standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 3+ years specifically in OutSystems.
  • Proficiency in OutSystems OS11 & ODC, HTML, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the Milton Keynes office.
  • Experience leading development projects.

Nice to have

  • Experience with C# and MS SQL Server.
  • Degree or certifications in Software Engineering.
