What you will do

• Facilitate insurance prelicensing and ethics continuing education courses in a virtual classroom.
• Explain complex insurance concepts clearly and create an interactive learning environment.
• Answer learner questions, reinforce challenging material, and provide feedback for licensing exam preparation.
• Maintain working knowledge of textbooks, handouts, online programs, question banks, and classroom presentations.
• Stay current on insurance laws, regulations, and industry changes, and help update instructional materials.
• Coordinate teaching availability and collaborate with instructors and internal teams to improve course quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance industry experience and strong knowledge of insurance licensing concepts.
• Experience teaching, training, facilitating, or presenting insurance-related material.
• Excellent presentation, classroom facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Confidence using virtual classroom technology, including Zoom, and experience with a learning management system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
