Certified Pega Lead System Architect Trainer (Pega)

Location: Fully remote for 1099 contractors residing in all 50 United States; work performed between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET. Occasional travel to client sites or company meetings may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver live instructor-led training for Pega application architecture, case management, data modeling, integrations, security, and performance optimization.
• Lead technical demonstrations and architecture and design discussions for scalable, secure, and maintainable Pega applications.
• Coach participants through advanced labs and scenario-based exercises involving application design, configuration, integration, and performance challenges.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews and mentor developers advancing toward Senior System Architect capabilities.
• Collaborate with program leadership, the CSSA Trainer, and government stakeholders to monitor progress and adapt instruction.
• Prepare participants to design and deploy enterprise-ready Pega solutions using debugging, deployment, and DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Pega Platform experience in senior architecture, technical lead, or comparable roles.
• Current Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise Pega applications from architecture through deployment.
• Expertise in Pega architecture, case management, data modeling, integrations and APIs, security, performance optimization, debugging, deployment, and DevOps.
• Experience delivering live technical training, hands-on labs, individualized coaching, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Must reside in the United States to engage as a 1099 contractor.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Pega solutions in federal, financial, tax-processing, or similarly regulated environments.
