What you will do

• Participate in developing, debugging, and deploying MPLAB extensions for Visual Studio Code.
• Develop and enhance embedded development features for Microchip devices.
• Work with experienced engineers and collaborate with software teams worldwide.
• Support embedded developers by improving the productivity and usability of development tools.
• Help fine-tune continuous build and integration workflows using Jenkins.
• Track development stories and bugs in Jira.

Requirements

• Currently studying Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Some programming experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in software and embedded development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git workflows.
• React web development knowledge.
• Experience with continuous integration using Jenkins.
