Analytics Engineer (ELK)

Location: On-site at the riverside headquarters in Oxford, United Kingdom. A relocation package is available, including moving assistance, temporary accommodation, and transition support.

What you will do

• Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the ELK analytics infrastructure, including reliability, performance, scalability, and high availability.
• Investigate infrastructure and data pipeline issues and implement practical solutions.
• Develop queries, dashboards, analysis, and insights to answer business and technical questions.
• Work with developers, game teams, and internal stakeholders to understand analytics needs and improve data usage.
• Support internal users with access, platform usage, and data-related issues.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Hands-on experience with data, analytics, or data engineering.
• Professional experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and/or Kibana.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaborate across teams, and learn quickly.
• Permanent right to work in the United Kingdom without employer visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ELK clusters or production analytics pipelines.
• Experience building Kibana dashboards, visualisations, or extensions.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
• Elastic training or certification.
