TL;DR
Digital Payments Associate Manager (Digital Payments): Supporting stable, secure digital payment processing across hotel group channels with an accent on payment integrations, incident resolution, provider coordination, and compliance standards. Focus on troubleshooting transaction failures, onboarding and certifying payment methods, monitoring platform performance, and improving payment operations.
Location: Madrid, Spain; relocation to Madrid is required. Travel up to 20%, primarily in Europe with occasional international travel.

What you will do
- Support the day-to-day technical operation of the LHG and RHG digital payment platforms.
- Investigate payment incidents, transaction failures, reconciliation issues, and integration problems.
- Coordinate with payment service providers, acquirers, orchestration platforms, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Monitor payment performance and contribute to improvements in platform stability and transaction success rates.
- Support onboarding, testing, certification, deployment, and operational readiness for new payment methods and enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to payment operations improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent English required.
- 5+ years of experience supporting digital payment solutions, payment gateways, or eCommerce payment platforms.
- Experience with payment service providers, acquirers, payment orchestration platforms, APIs, middleware, file-based integrations, or enterprise integration platforms.
- Knowledge of payment authorization, settlement, reconciliation, 3DS, tokenization, payment lifecycles, PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA, and data privacy requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or multi-market eCommerce.
- Experience supporting SAP integrations and knowledge of SAP TMS for Hotels.
- Experience with Adyen, Stripe, or similar payment platforms.
- Experience with B2C payments and exposure to B2B payments.
