Personal Banker - Governor's Drive (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through personalized financial guidance.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing risk.
• Support daily branch operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience; comparable education, certification, and military experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the Huntsville, Alabama branch; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable banking regulations.
