Location: Fully onsite in Lexington, Massachusetts, United States. Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Design and prototype drug-device combination products and associated delivery systems for bladder cancer treatment.
• Conduct hands-on laboratory testing to evaluate prototype performance for formulation, device, and combination product development.
• Collaborate with scientists and technicians to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and prepare technical reports.
• Support preclinical activities through hands-on manufacturing and characterization of investigational products.
• Use Python, R, MATLAB, or similar tools to analyze data and validate data quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience working in a laboratory environment and basic wet lab skills, including sample dilutions and aseptic procedures.
• Experience using programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative work approach.
• Ability to work independently with intellectual curiosity and a positive work ethic.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical formulation or product development.
• Familiarity with drug-device combination products.
• Knowledge of chemistry, biology, or materials science.
