Expected salary: $142,000–$171,150 per year, plus bonus and equity compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for bulk, single-cell, and single-nucleus transcriptomic data analysis.
• Partner with discovery scientists to design, execute, and interpret in vitro and in vivo studies across the target portfolio.
• Perform rigorous, reproducible analyses across transcriptomic, genomic, and other high-dimensional datasets.
• Build and enhance internal computational tools, pipelines, and workflows while overseeing external analysis partners.
• Apply version control, workflow orchestration, and sound data and code management practices.
• Contribute to scientific publications and presentations based on complex data analysis.

Requirements

• PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience analyzing complex biological datasets, including bulk, single-cell, or spatial transcriptomics, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, CRISPR screens, or high-throughput proteomics.
• Experience in oncology target discovery and validation from hypothesis generation through target prioritization.
• At least one first-author publication in a reputable peer-reviewed journal.
• Experience with public datasets such as DepMap, UK Biobank, TCGA, GTEx, ENCODE, or the Human Cell Atlas.
• Proficiency in R, Python, or a similar high-level programming language, along with experience in cloud deployment, version control, and containerization.
