Product Manager, Cell Culture Media Services

Location: Logan, Utah, United States; travel within the United States and internationally up to 15%, including overnight travel.

What you will do

• Support the Cell Culture Media Services portfolio, including media development, rapid-response production, analytical and stability services, and single-use technology.
• Lead service opportunities from customer needs and business cases through solution definition, contracting support, execution, and delivery.
• Build market, customer, and competitive intelligence and translate insights into portfolio priorities and investment recommendations.
• Enable commercial teams with technical presentations, competitive analyses, sales tools, and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across product management, research and development, marketing, commercial, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of experience in product management, program management, or a related commercial or technical function within life sciences, bioprocessing, or cell culture media.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements relevant to biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
• Experience developing and executing a growth strategy, value proposition, or portfolio plan using customer, market, and competitive data.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects or programs through cross-functional teams in a global organization.
• Professional fluency in English is required.

• Experience in cell culture media development, rapid-response manufacturing, or analytical and stability services.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority in a matrixed global organization.
