Customer Services Admin with Portuguese

Location: Office-based in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), Spain, with daily presence required. A valid work permit for Spain or EU/EFTA citizenship is required; relocation assistance and payroll transfers are not available.

Salary: €27,494 minimum annual base salary plus a 7% target annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide administrative support to customer service representatives, including preparing invoices, forms, and customer letters.
• Answer inbound customer inquiries, analyze issues, troubleshoot, and redirect requests when appropriate.
• Support financial products and services, contract maintenance and modifications, payment processing, and collections activities.
• Identify issues and determine effective courses of action and customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and contract data across business systems and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and Portuguese are required.
• Intermediate English is required for speaking, writing, and understanding business communications.
• Approximately 2+ years of customer-facing experience is preferred, ideally in customer service, contract administration, financial services, collections, accounts receivable, banking, or leasing.
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, independence, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is desired.
