TL;DR
Junior / Mid Software Tester with German (Software Testing): Ensuring software quality across international projects through test planning, execution, documentation, and defect tracking with an accent on functional, integration, system, end-to-end, regression, and exploratory testing. Focus on analyzing requirements, designing test scenarios, identifying quality risks, and collaborating with developers, analysts, and customers in agile and hybrid environments.
Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the Wrocław office

What you will do
- Analyze business and technical requirements and verify their testability.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, system, end-to-end, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Document test results, defects, and quality risks, then retest fixes and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and customers on high-quality deliveries.
- Improve testing processes in agile and hybrid project environments.
Requirements
- Junior candidates need basic software testing knowledge gained through studies, training, internships, or personal projects; mid-level candidates need hands-on testing experience and the ability to plan and execute tests independently.
- Understanding of testing methodologies and software development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document defects and test results clearly.
- German at B2 minimum, with C1 preferred, and English at B2 minimum.
Nice to have
- ISTQB CTFL certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience with Jira, Xray, or similar testing tools.
- Basic REST API testing and SQL skills.
- Experience or interest in test automation with Playwright or Selenium.
- Knowledge of Python or JavaScript, CI/CD concepts, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
