Senior Manual Tester (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with at least 3 days per week from the office

Salary: 500–800 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Continuously test new functionalities across UI, backend, APIs, and connected systems.
• Maintain and improve test cases, scenarios, repositories, and test management tools.
• Execute and review daily test runs and plan regression testing for releases.
• Identify, report, verify, and help prevent defects at an early stage.
• Perform end-to-end testing across applications and systems.
• Support the Agile team with testing insights and quality recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with E2E and REST API testing.
• Experience with test management tools, Jira, and Confluence.
• Very good command of English.
• General testing knowledge at ISTQB Foundation Level.
• Experience in the mortgage domain.

Nice to have

• Experience with API test automation tools.
• Experience with PEGA.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and microservices-based architectures.
• Experience testing modern web and mobile user interfaces.
