QA Tester (Unreal Engine)

Location: Hybrid in Kraków or Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Conduct daily product testing and report and document new defects.
• Verify fixes and help developers reproduce difficult issues using TTY logs and output information.
• Perform regression testing and manage tasks within the assigned scope.
• Coordinate work with peers and communicate daily with the client’s international QA team.
• Suggest risk mitigation plans and follow established team practices.
• Collect knowledge and maintain a professional development plan.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial testing experience and successfully delivered projects using Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes, and issue reproduction procedures.
• Good spoken and written English at Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a distributed team.
• Experience with issue tracking and version control systems, including JIRA and Perforce.
• Passion for video games.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of and strict adherence to game development processes.
• Understanding of game design and system interdependencies.
• Experience testing mobile, PC, or console games, including PlayStation and Xbox.
