Quality Assurance Rep - 3rd Shift

Location: Auburn, Washington, USA; onsite, 3rd shift

Pay range: $23.12–$31.28

What you will do

• Oversee compliance with quality management system policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Manage document and data control, quality records, measurement devices, gages, inspection forms, and stamp logs.
• Process nonconforming material accurately and on time, including material placed in the Material Review Bay.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and conduct process audits for procedural compliance.
• Implement statistical control of equipment and processes.
• Train plant personnel on quality department documents and record-keeping requirements.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to quality system requirements.
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience or exposure to a fast-paced warehouse environment and the ability to complete short-term tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce and interact effectively with plant operations supervisors and managers.
• Formal quality training is preferred but not required; willingness to complete additional training is expected.

Nice to have

• ASQ certification.
• Three years of quality assurance or quality control experience.
• Experience or training in ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 quality standards.
