Senior EM Technician

Location: Onsite in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, United States; U.S. and Puerto Rico residents only

Salary range: $24.34–$32.45

What you will do

• Perform routine and non-routine environmental monitoring in the aseptic filling department, including Grade A/B monitoring.
• Support EM team capability, production staffing, and facility operations according to procedures and changing business needs.
• Support ESUM cycle times and investigate discrepancies identified during batch review.
• Initiate deviation discussions using 5W2H and support related investigations.
• Train and support new team members as a qualified aseptic gowning trainer.
• Work with the quality group while maintaining aseptic practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in the GMP pharmaceutical industry, or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and 1 year of GMP pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Two years of environmental monitoring experience is preferred.
• Maintain aseptic gowning, APS, and Grade A, B, C, and D sampling qualifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with OneLIMS and MODA databases; experience with hirify.global EMS and/or Facility Pro is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Aseptic gowning qualification.
• Qualified trainer experience in one or more areas.
