Lead RPA / Power Automate Engineer (RPA)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise automation solutions.
• Use Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, APIs, and Microsoft technologies to build and enhance automation solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, security, infrastructure, product, and engineering teams to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, reusable components, code quality standards, governance, and operational support practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, exception handling, and monitoring.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members and contribute to innovation and AI-enabled automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in RPA, workflow automation, Power Platform engineering, or related technologies, including 3 years of people leadership or engineering management.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, and enterprise automation delivery.
• Experience designing attended and unattended automation, API integrations, system orchestration, exception handling, resilience, and monitoring models.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, security controls, governance, compliance, release management, and operational support.
• Good English communication skills required for collaboration with global stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Pega RPA.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Automation, AI-enabled automation, Agentic AI, Document Processing, or Conversational AI.
