Proposal Pricing Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; currently residing in the Phoenix area is required. This is a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one remote day per week.

What you will do

• Develop financial models and profitability analyses for multi-location National Account bids, renewals, service changes, and RFPs.
• Gather, validate, and reconcile customer, service, cost, and operational inputs.
• Apply pricing methodologies and Excel-based models to evaluate revenue, cost, margin, and financial viability.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and inconsistencies, escalating significant issues for management review.
• Partner with Sales, Field Operations, Finance, Billing, and other stakeholders to confirm assumptions and service feasibility.
• Prepare trend, win/loss, margin, and performance analyses while improving pricing tools, models, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, sales analysis, estimating, or a related analytical field; the minimum qualification states 4 years in pricing, financial analysis, sales analysis, digital marketing, marketing, or IT-related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with close attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to translate financial, operational, and market information into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance, Billing, and other business functions while managing deadlines.
• Currently residing in the Phoenix area and able to work in the office four days per week is required.
