Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; territory covers Washington and Oregon. Hybrid field role with three days per week in the assigned geography for customer appointments, one to two home-office days per week, and up to 60–80% travel by automobile or plane. Candidates must live in the geography or within 10 miles of its border. Relocation is not included.
Salary: $145,470.70–$196,813.30 annual base salary.

What you will do
- Manage defined healthcare accounts and execute territory strategies supporting the respiratory business unit.
- Provide live coverage support as an extension of the HUB throughout the reimbursement journey.
- Support prior authorizations, appeals, denials, claims resolution, benefits investigations, and alternate funding programs.
- Review patient-specific reimbursement cases and resolve coverage challenges involving protected health information.
- Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage, benefit design, insurance procedures, and patient access programs.
- Coordinate reimbursement issues with HUB partners and cross-functional departments while communicating payer changes.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree, or a qualifying combination of education and customer service or leadership experience.
- Direct experience managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
- At least two years of experience in public or private third-party access, managed care, clinical support, sales, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong medical reimbursement experience, including specialty pharmacy, Buy & Bill, billing, coding, appeals, and hub-related processes.
- Experience with commercial payers, Medicare plans, and state Medicaid within a geographic region.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, strong communication and presentation skills, project management experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based meetings.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Six years of experience with specialty or biologic self-injectable products or physician-administered Buy & Bill products.
- Advanced medical insurance knowledge and expertise in CMS policies and Medicare Part B and Part D processes.
- Experience managing ambiguity, solving problems, and managing expenses within allocated budgets.
