Lead Data Analyst, Marketing

Location: Remote from Los Angeles, Portland, San Diego, or Seattle, United States

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly

What you will do

• Own reporting infrastructure and analytics across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to identify trends and performance opportunities.
• Audit, standardize, and improve dashboards and trusted data sources across the business.
• Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
• Manage the analytics flow from raw data ingestion through final dashboards and drive adoption through stakeholder education.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to work with unstructured, complex data.
• Experience with performance or affiliate marketing and campaign, conversion, or revenue-per-session optimization.
• Advanced LookML development, or equivalent expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end and partnering with business teams to connect analysis with decisions.
• Strong analytical rigor, communication, business acumen, curiosity, and proactive ownership.
