Supervisor Client Services

What you will do

• Manage a technical client service team and oversee daily production and client support.
• Establish and maintain support policies, procedures, and service strategies aligned with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with Technical and Account Management teams to develop solutions and resolve client issues.
• Monitor service-level agreements, client performance, business indicators, and revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate critical incident response, remediation, resource allocation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while leading improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Typically at least 4 years of related professional experience.
• Ability to manage technical client service operations and support teams.
• Experience coordinating incidents, analyzing client impact, and driving timely issue resolution.
