What you will do

• Develop sales, business, marketing, campaign, and performance reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
• Query, join, manipulate, and quality-check large datasets; create calculated variables and automate data processes.
• Analyze response rates, sales lift, incremental revenue, net profit, customer profiles, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx, BigQuery, and the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with clients, business partners, and analytics teams to define needs, answer critical business questions, and present findings.
• Create clear PowerPoint presentations containing visualizations, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role with expertise in data manipulation, quality assurance, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in GCP/BigQuery, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, collaborate with multiple teams, and communicate results to customers at all levels.
• Commitment to data accuracy, consistency, common standards, integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the automotive service and parts industry.
• Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments.
