Location: Onsite in Springfield, Missouri, United States. Domestic travel may be required up to 20%. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship. The role may involve access to information and technology subject to U.S. Export Control Laws.
Salary: $145,676–$178,049 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do
- Lead reliability improvement projects for critical equipment, processes, and systems.
- Apply root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, risk assessment, and statistical analysis.
- Reduce unplanned downtime, repeat failures, maintenance costs, and operational losses.
- Develop and implement reliability strategies for assets, equipment, and production systems.
- Support equipment and process startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and stabilization.
- Contribute to safety, environmental, health, and quality compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science and six years of maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or plant engineering experience; alternatively, an associate degree or higher and eight years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a private, public, government, military, manufacturing, or plant engineering environment.
- Knowledge of reliability analysis, corrective action, maintenance optimization, condition monitoring, asset lifecycle management, and maintainability principles.
- Experience with manufacturing process troubleshooting, safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Project management and financial analysis skills.
- Must already have U.S. work authorization; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Reliability and Statistical Engineering.
- Certified Reliability Engineer certification from ASQ or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional certification from SMRP.
- Seven years of experience in a maintenance, planning, engineering, supervision, process engineering, or reliability engineering role with a record of reducing downtime.
