Lead BI Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations including Arlington, Baltimore, Buffalo, Jersey City, Manchester, New York, Philadelphia, and Stamford

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly

What you will do

• Own reporting infrastructure and end-to-end business intelligence for Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Audit existing dashboards, resolve discrepancies and redundancies, and create a roadmap for standardized reporting.
• Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, conversion rates, revenue per session, and CAC performance.
• Develop trusted data sources and LookML structures with awareness of downstream impacts.
• Educate stakeholders and enable confident self-service analytics that leads to concrete business actions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Direct experience with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to work with raw, unstructured, and complex third-party data.
• Experience owning reporting from data pipeline through dashboard, including standardization and adoption.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical rigor, business acumen, communication, curiosity, and stakeholder collaboration.
