What you will do

• Serve as the business process expert for SAP and MES manufacturing operations.
• Support SAP and MES deployments, enhancements, testing, user acceptance, operational readiness, and roadmap initiatives.
• Lead SmartFactory MES implementation and adoption, including WIP management, dispatching, quality control, traceability, and production reporting.
• Drive manufacturing data collection, digitalization, factory automation, and data integration initiatives.
• Support receiving, shipping, warehouse management, inventory control, material movement, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Improve process standardization, inventory accuracy, material flow, operational efficiency, and waste reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, Business Operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production systems, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP manufacturing and logistics modules, including PP, MM, WM/EWM, or IM.
• Experience supporting or implementing MES in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, electronics, or capital equipment environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, work orders, WIP tracking, inventory control, material movements, production reporting, and master data governance.
• Experience with system enhancements, UAT, process documentation, change management, and cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Experience with WMS, barcode/RFID technologies, factory automation, manufacturing data collection, or system integrations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Tableau, or operational reporting tools.
• PMP, APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma, or SAP certification.
