Capture Director (Digital Modernization)

Location: Washington, DC area; hybrid work with a minimum of two days per week at the hirify.global headquarters in Reston, Virginia, United States.

Salary: $143,756–$244,385 per year.

What you will do

• Develop strategy and drive growth for large and strategic opportunities within the Digital Modernization Group.
• Analyze market trends, technical direction, and customer priorities to create capture strategies.
• Lead the full capture lifecycle from qualification through proposal close.
• Develop and execute high-impact strategies for federal agency pursuits.
• Work with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to produce compelling proposals.
• Drive competitive prime contract and task order opportunities valued at $50M or more.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of capture-related experience.
• 5+ years managing the full capture lifecycle.
• Experience leading competitive prime contract or task order wins valued at $50M+.
• Experience with Shipley-based capture methodologies and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Experience leading large, complex IT modernization pursuits.
• Deep understanding of pricing-to-win strategies.
• Top Secret clearance.
