Lead Data Solutions Analyst (Healthcare Data)

Location: Remote, work from home in Pennsylvania, United States. Travel requirement: 0%–25%.

What you will do

• Work with customers, data software engineers, data architects, capability managers, vendors, and project teams to define complex data and reporting capabilities.
• Create data sets, operational reports, analytical dashboards, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, requirements walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and project status reporting.
• Develop and execute testing plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
• Resolve complex issues across multiple systems while assessing regulatory, customer service, financial, and enterprise-wide data impacts.
• Provide subject matter expertise, strategic direction, mentoring, and thought leadership in data, product, and technology solutions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, reporting, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Experience with SQL and project management.
• Ability to work with complex data stores, end systems, integrations, requirements, testing, and compliance standards.
• Must work remotely from Pennsylvania, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in process improvement, project management, health insurance, and healthcare.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Six Sigma certification or Project Management Professional certification.
