Accounting Analyst Senior (Loan Accounting)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; office-based Monday through Friday. Start time is flexible between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

What you will do

• Perform monthly financial and data analysis for the Loan Accounting team.
• Reconcile subledger balances to the general ledger and prepare monthly journal entries.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including audit work papers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management, regulatory, and SEC reporting.
• Complete ad hoc financial analyses and requests.
• Contribute to automation, process improvement, and accounting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting, and general ledger processes.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial and accounting systems.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Pittsburgh office Monday through Friday.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
