Lead BI Developer

Location: Remote from Arlington, VA; Baltimore, MD; Buffalo, NY; Jersey City, NJ; Manchester, NH; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; or Stamford, CT

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. Total compensation also includes profit-sharing and competitive benefits.

What you will do

• Own reporting infrastructure and analytics from raw data ingestion through final dashboards across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Audit existing reporting, identify discrepancies and redundancies, and create a roadmap for standardized dashboards and trusted data sources.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and connect performance data to business decisions.
• Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
• Improve data literacy, dashboard adoption, and self-service analytics through education and reporting best practices.
• Challenge stakeholders with actionable insights rather than only delivering dashboards and findings.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Direct experience with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to work with unstructured, complex, and third-party data.
• Experience owning reporting end to end, including data pipelines, models, dashboards, and stakeholder adoption.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent expertise in Power BI or Tableau, with awareness of downstream impacts.
• Strong analytical rigor, business acumen, communication, collaboration, and proactive ownership.
