Sr. Associate Data Engineer (AI)

Annual base salary: $94,400–$155,800.

What you will do

• Build and operationalize data solutions, apply transformations, resolve defects, and recommend data cleansing and quality improvements.
• Design data solutions and analyze source systems to identify valuable data for analytical processes.
• Apply data governance, security, and quality practices across data products and pipelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to deliver data products and support the analytics environment.
• Test data movement, transformation code, and data components.
• Analyze and resolve moderate-complexity data and system incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least five years of related experience, with an additional year of software or data engineering experience required.
• Experience with OpenAI and AWS Bedrock for AI-focused projects.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, AWS, Databricks, cloud platforms, and software engineering practices.
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure deployment.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and intermediate leadership skills.
