What you will do

• Identify and frame unowned, cross-functional problems where software solutions can remove constraints for multiple teams.
• Partner with business leaders to define problems, constraints, and measurable success criteria.
• Architect and build production-grade applications, algorithms, data platforms, integrations, and AI agents.
• Measure impact through hours saved, dollars unlocked, and speed gained.
• Make pragmatic architecture and build-versus-buy decisions focused on proven impact.
• Ship solutions and hand them off with documentation, training, and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and shipping complex production software and systems.
• Mastery of at least one modern programming language, such as Python, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems from zero to shipped with full ownership.
• Strong systems thinking across cloud architecture, APIs, data engineering, and enterprise system integration.
• Commercial acumen, including opportunity sizing, business-case development, and return measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or machine learning.
