AWS Cloud Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers and collaborate with executives, architects, and engineering teams on cloud strategy and technical solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture workshops, technical design reviews, and customer presentations.
• Design secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized AWS architectures, landing zones, multi-account environments, hybrid connectivity, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Architect and operate production-grade Amazon EKS and Kubernetes platforms, including networking, security, autoscaling, monitoring, and high availability.
• Implement Terraform-based infrastructure automation and integrate it with CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
• Support cloud migrations, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, architecture documentation, mentoring, and pre-sales solution design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise AWS environments.
• Advanced experience with AWS, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Terraform, enterprise networking, IAM, security, governance, compliance, and FinOps.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring and observability, Linux, Windows Server, IIS, Apache HTTP Server, and Nginx.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python, plus customer-facing consulting and technical communication experience.
• Mandatory certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
