hirify.global is engaging HubSpot specialists for a customer project involving practical CRM workflows and AI system development.

What you will do

• Complete assigned CRM and sales operations workflows in HubSpot.
• Create, update, and manage contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, and related CRM records.
• Perform lead management, deal tracking, pipeline management, reporting, segmentation, and workflow automation tasks.
• Record your screen and document the HubSpot tools, features, and steps used.
• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Review outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on professional experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Experience with sales operations, CRM management, lead management, deal pipelines, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with HubSpot reporting, segmentation, and CRM data management.
• Current access to HubSpot and the ability to navigate the platform independently.
• Comfort with recording and sharing the screen while completing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain workflows and processes clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar human-data projects.
