What you will do

• Facilitate simulation-based experiences and clinical learning labs, including equipment maintenance, supply ordering, setup, and cleanup.
• Support students individually and in groups through tutoring, academic reinforcement, learning-style assessment, and personalized remediation plans.
• Develop and facilitate Next Generation NCLEX activities and workshops using current nursing and NCLEX-RN content.
• Develop clinically based scenarios using high-fidelity patient simulators and coordinate lab experiences against course objectives.
• Supervise open-lab practice and remediation of technical nursing skills.
• Document student academic and co-curricular progress and communicate outcomes to academic leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a current, unencumbered RN license.
• BLS CPR certification and BLS CPR instructor certification.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and proofreading skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in education or nursing.
• At least one year of experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or specialized tutoring.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification.
