What you will do

• Coordinate HR department activities and act as a partner to the local business and management team.
• Lead the local HR function, improve the organizational structure, and support people development and acquisition.
• Manage talent processes, including succession planning, training, learning, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Lead talent acquisition and coordinate recruitment with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external legal requirements and maintain high-quality payroll.
• Support management in applying group values and maintain relations with works councils and unions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• At least 5–10 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience negotiating with works councils, unions, and similar employee representatives.
• Experience working in a matrix organization at both local and group levels.
• Bilingual French and English required.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, discretion, integrity, resilience, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
