Digital HR Intern (Oracle HCM & AI) (Digital HR, enterprise software and AI): Improving Oracle Cloud HCM and evaluating AI use cases across recruiting and HR processes with an accent on functional requirements, business value, data requirements, risks, and feasibility. Focus on assessing digitalisation opportunities, designing test scenarios, supporting configuration and testing, and documenting improvements for an international logistics group.
Location: Head Office, Kallo, Belgium, with hybrid working where the assignment allows.

What you will do
- Investigate Oracle Cloud HCM and Employee Self Service improvement opportunities and recommend priorities.
- Assess AI use cases in recruiting and other HR processes, including business value, data requirements, risks, user impact, and feasibility.
- Translate HR business needs into functional requirements, test scenarios, and practical improvements.
- Support Oracle HCM configuration, testing, and documentation for international implementation where possible.
- Collaborate with Group HR, IT, business users, and external Oracle specialists under regular supervision.
Requirements
- Final-year bachelor’s student in Applied Computer Science, Business & IT, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a similar programme.
- Analytical, curious, and interested in enterprise software, business analysis, and digital transformation.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly; previous Oracle experience is not required.
- Availability for fixed weekly internship days between February/March and June 2027, agreed with the study programme.
- Application must include the study programme and institution, availability, preferred internship period, school requirements, and interest or experience in enterprise software, data, and AI.
