What you will do

• Deliver industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to commercial clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Assess internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, financial statement guidance, quality, and timely delivery.
• Support engagement staffing, billing, collections, and profitability targets.
• Build client relationships and mentor team members through coaching and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; a master’s or advanced degree is preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• Five or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Two or more years of supervisory, mentoring, or counseling experience preferred.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, provide client service, maintain ethical standards, and deliver high-quality work on time.
