Operations Research Analyst III

Location: Remote; U.S. federal defense support role

What you will do

• Provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support for U.S. Navy electromagnetic warfare, decoy, and surface electronic warfare systems.
• Apply mathematical, scientific, engineering, and operations research methods to complex operational and organizational challenges.
• Analyze personnel, funding, materials, equipment, logistics, supply chains, transportation, and distribution processes.
• Gather, validate, organize, and analyze large datasets for forecasting, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance measurement.
• Develop mathematical models, simulations, what-if analyses, and alternative courses of action for complex systems and operating environments.
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations, reports, visualizations, metrics, and decision-support products for technical and program leadership.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with operations research, data analysis, modeling, simulation, optimization, and analytical methods.
• Ability to evaluate system effectiveness, operational outcomes, reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle performance.
