Senior Data Scientist (Workforce Management Analytics)

What you will do

• Create accurate scheduling and intraday forecasts for Workforce Management.
• Optimize resource allocation and simplify forecasting processes.
• Build and support KPI dashboards for operational planning and reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve service-level agreements.
• Explore cost optimization and what-if scenarios.
• Manage the capacity planning framework and enhance Workforce Management data pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Experience building forecasting models and performing time series analysis using methods such as Prophet, SARIMA, or Holt-Winters.
• Experience with cost analysis and what-if scenario analysis.
• Strong knowledge of statistical packages in Python or R.
• Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large datasets.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience using machine learning for forecasting.
• Experience working with ML engineers or ML platforms.
• Experience building data pipelines with Airflow or similar tools.
