Lead Analytics Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be based in Chicago, Columbus, Detroit, Kansas City, Madison, or Saint Louis

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. Total compensation includes profit-sharing and benefits.

What you will do

• Own reporting infrastructure and analytics from raw data ingestion through final dashboards across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to identify meaningful trends and business opportunities.
• Audit existing reporting, resolve discrepancies and redundancies, and standardize dashboards and trusted data sources.
• Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, conversion rates, revenue per session, and CAC performance.
• Develop complex LookML models or equivalent Power BI/Tableau models while understanding downstream impacts.
• Educate stakeholders and enable confident self-service analytics through reporting best practices.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Direct experience with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to work with raw, unstructured, and complex third-party data.
• End-to-end reporting ownership, from data pipelines through dashboards, with a focus on adoption and data literacy.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical rigor, business acumen, communication, curiosity, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
