What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one and team meetings, review performance, and establish goals.
• Perform quality audits, monitor performance metrics and SLAs, and generate reports.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
• Handle escalated customer issues and implement solutions for complex complaints.
• Coordinate communication between customers, team members, and other departments.
• Implement changes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience supervising or supporting customer service operations.
• Ability to analyze quality, performance, and service-level results.
• Ability to train team members and provide ongoing performance support.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and align work with business requirements and company standards.
• Must work from the Phoenix, Arizona location.
