Senior Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Manage complex telecommunications projects and end-to-end Work Package delivery.
• Lead project planning, delivery governance, risk, issue, and change management.
• Plan resources and capacity, estimate projects, and track dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage technical escalations.
• Coordinate customers and stakeholders through clear communication and negotiation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, Network Deployment, or Telecommunications Operations.
• Proven experience managing complex telecom projects and Work Package delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, resource planning, capacity management, estimation, and dependency tracking.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical escalations.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• English at B2 level is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Nokia experience and knowledge of Nokia processes and tools.
