What you will do

• Prepare routine departmental reports, spreadsheets, presentations, dashboards, and analyses.
• Collect, consolidate, review, research, and reconcile data from Excel worksheets, departmental databases, and other sources.
• Maintain reporting workbooks and dashboards and support project, product strategy, workflow, historical, and financial analysis.
• Improve existing processes and develop process documentation, maintenance plans, and automation tools.
• Support planning, testing, and implementation of projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting and escalations with business partners, vendors, and technology teams while maintaining audit and compliance controls.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 2 years of related business line experience.
• Alternatively, a combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Experience supporting reporting, data analysis, process improvement, projects, or related business operations.
• Must work in McLean, Virginia, United States of America.
