Repair Technician, I 2nd Shift Sun-Thu (Electronics)

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; 2nd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Salary: $17.25 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential

What you will do

• Set up, test, and perform modular-level repairs on electronic modules and complete units.
• Use custom software testing suites, voltmeters, computers, and specialized test fixtures to diagnose and validate hardware failures.
• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and engineering changes to determine appropriate repair actions.
• Maintain accurate records for individual repairs and collect data for evaluation.
• Meet production, quality, and repair output standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• General math skills.
• Knowledge of computers and electronic test equipment.
• Manual dexterity, visual coordination, and the ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to stand and sit on a production line throughout the shift.
• Ability to work effectively with others.

Nice to have

• Experience as a production assembler performing assembly operations to required quality standards.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and web browsing.
