Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: London, United Kingdom (Remote). Travel requirements: 25%.

What you will do

• Lead the technical design and execution of complex customer solutions and deployments.
• Assess architecture, feasibility, risks, dependencies, and integration requirements across customer environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex deployment challenges in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, tools, and technical best practices.
• Translate customer requirements and field insights into product feedback and scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance throughout presales, implementation, and production deployment while mentoring other technical practitioners.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and deploying enterprise security, cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS solutions in complex customer environments.
• Strong expertise in enterprise integrations, APIs, distributed systems, networking, identity, security, and cloud technologies.
• Experience across solution architecture, presales, implementation, and production deployment.
• Ability to independently resolve complex and ambiguous technical challenges and manage multiple customer engagements autonomously.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring technical practitioners and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
