Supply Chain Engineering Co-Op (MedTech)

Location: Raynham, Massachusetts, United States; in-office five days per week. The role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Salary: $27.00–$43.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Support process, project, and quality activities across the medical device manufacturing network.
• Participate in the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility.
• Develop validation protocols, engineering studies, work instructions, and other business documents.
• Support senior engineers with business continuity and cost improvement projects.
• Create and analyze manufacturing-process data to recommend improvements.
• Contribute to operations, manufacturing process improvement, capital equipment, new product introduction, continuous improvement, and manufacturing systems initiatives.

Requirements

• Completion of freshman year at an accredited university and current enrollment in a four-year bachelor's engineering curriculum.
• Currently pursuing a degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding of engineering analysis tools, including statistical process control, and reporting methods.
• Ability to commute five days per week to the Raynham, Massachusetts facility and permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI and Python.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing, medical devices, or FDA-related activities.
• Project management experience.
• At least one prior co-op experience.
