Staff Product Manager (Autonomous Vehicles)

What you will do

• Define and own the AGSE Service product strategy and roadmap across autonomous driving, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Set KPIs for capability, performance, and reliability, and develop data collection and analysis pipelines for continuous improvement.
• Translate product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria with Systems Engineering.
• Guide technical trade-offs across autonomy, infrastructure, hardware, engineering, and program management.
• Lead and mentor Product Management Technical team members and establish product development frameworks and best practices.
• Engage airline and airport customers, define Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements, and convert customer needs into prioritized investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning technically complex, multi-system products end to end.
• Experience shipping products where safety, reliability, and real-time performance are critical.
• Experience launching 0-to-1 products and engaging directly with enterprise or operational customers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
• 2+ years of experience leading Product Management teams.
• Experience with regulatory stakeholders, compliance requirements, V&V processes, and Safety or Systems Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development, systems architecture, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with airside driving environments at major global airports.
