Commercial Planning Analyst

What you will do

• Support monthly latest estimates, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning cycles across key markets.
• Maintain reporting on sales, demand, revenue, margin, orders, AOV, conversion, item performance, and other Parcels KPIs.
• Investigate performance movements, risks, opportunities, assumptions, and causal drivers across countries, categories, parcel types, partners, and customer behaviour.
• Use AI tools responsibly to generate SQL or Python, automate repetitive analysis, validate findings, and improve productivity.
• Perform ad hoc commercial and operational analysis and translate findings into clear recommendations for planning reviews and leadership updates.
• Improve data quality and move reporting from manual data pulls toward repeatable and scalable workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial analysis, planning analysis, data analysis, forecasting, statistical analysis, or business modelling.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar in analytical workflows.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, time series analysis, or forecasting methods.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, curiosity, and ownership.
