Senior Treasury Manager (Fintech)

Location: Colombia; remote work environment with potential future hubs in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

What you will do

• Own daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, cash deployment, and settlement reconciliation across multiple currencies, entities, payment rails, and operating accounts.
• Manage banking relationships, onboard new banking partners, negotiate account terms and fees, and handle bank compliance and KYC/AML requests.
• Support the structuring and negotiation of credit facilities while owning lender reporting, covenant tracking, and draw and repayment mechanics.
• Design treasury policies, counterparty limits, reserve requirements, controls, audit trails, and scalable standard operating procedures.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FX, Compliance, and Product on liquidity strategy, reconciliations, payment rails, and settlement optimization.
• Build the treasury function from the ground up and hire and onboard a Treasury Analyst.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of progressive treasury experience, including experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-currency treasury operations across multiple entities or corridors.
• Direct experience with credit facilities, lender reporting, covenant tracking, and draw and repayment mechanics.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, settlement mechanics, and liquidity management in high-volume payments environments.
• Experience building treasury policies and internal controls from scratch; process automation experience is valuable.
• Advanced or fluent English is required for daily communication and the interview process.

• Experience with stablecoin or digital-asset treasury operations.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Experience automating treasury processes for scale.
