Program Manager, Delivery Innovation and Strategic Programs (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work

Annual base salary: $87,000–$119,000 USD for candidates located in Canada

What you will do

• Identify recurring Professional Services implementation patterns, delivery workflows, and customer use cases.
• Create reusable scoping requirements, delivery templates, engagement blueprints, playbooks, and project governance toolkits.
• Analyze delivery trends and maintain a central repository of methodologies and process assets using tools such as Highspot, Confluence, and Asana.
• Test and implement generative AI workflows to accelerate requirements synthesis, documentation, scoping, and delivery cycles.
• Build and maintain dashboards and quantitative models in Tableau and Salesforce to measure delivery health, adoption, quality, and investment impact.
• Prepare quarterly delivery reports, program health scorecards, and data analyses for Global Services leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of program management, project management, or operational experience in technology, SaaS, or Professional Services.
• Experience with Professional Services, Customer Success, Delivery Success, or Service Delivery Partner Programs.
• Ability to clarify and organize complex technical or operational processes into step-by-step methodologies and frameworks.
• Practical experience using generative AI for research, content creation, workflow automation, or process optimization.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, schedules, and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven analytics, automation platforms, or prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of Okta and Auth0 products, business architecture, or standardized operating models.
• Experience with Highspot, Confluence, Asana, GSI engagement models, or enterprise identity delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
